Excellent Product
This product was recommended by my naturopath when I was having hot flashes. She told me that it would take 2 weeks to fully take them away. She was right on the money. The hot flashes have been 100% gone. The only time I had one is when I ran out in between orders after being without this product for a few weeks. I have continued to use it since and the hot flashes have stayed away going on 2 years.
This Blows Away Anything with Black Cohosh in it
Forget black cohosh! It didn't work for me, but Femmenessence Macapause sure helped. From numerous big hotflashes a day down to almost nil, and even if I get one, it's practically nothing. This product was recommended to me by another person who assured me it would work, and she was right.

I love this product!! I’ve put a lot of clients on this! As a holistic health coach, this product is a god send!! Takes a little longer than some products to start working. You’ll need to be on it for 3 to 4 months before it takes full effect. You may not even notice the first month. But it will be all you need all the way through menopause if you respond the way my clients and I have. Very much worth the wait! Very balancing emotionally mentally. Most of my clients took a little bit of red clover until they’re hot flashes went away. Are used a little bit of peppermint essential oil. But once it starts working you won’t need any other product for hot flashes. Awesome product!!
This is my second box
I am really happy to report that I am feeling much better than I did when I wasn't taking these pills. I am on my second box and can tell you without a doubt that I will be on this every single day of my life because it has helped with my mood swings and my hot flashes. I call these my personality pills because they give me a seamless transition back into my energetic funny positive self that I remember from earlier years (my 30s). I do think they help with my weight and sleep also. When I do not take them consistently, both become irregular.

Life Saver
My naturopath recommended this and it has been a life saver!!! My hormones were out of whack! I had gone through the change but still had hot flashes, constant yeast or bacterial infections, vag dryness. It was awful! I started taking feminessence and these symptoms went away. I have been taking it (2 in the am) for over a year and I'm so grateful!!! I'm getting some fatigue in the afternoon so I am going to start taking one capsule in the afternoon too. I am so glad for this product and I highly recommend!!!

Before taking Maca Life for Perimenopause I was experiencing low energy, painfully tender breasts and just feeling out of sorts. Not wanting to take HRT or bioidentical hormones the options seemed limited until a ND patient of mine told me about your product. I was highly skeptical but thought what's the least it could do...nothing. My skepticism was quickly replaced by a big smile. Natural Hormone Balance
I've been using this product for over 6 months now. My nurse practitioner recommended trying it to address menopausal symptoms I was dealing with. In the past, I had used bioidentical HRT but didn't want to go back on it, primarily because of cost. And while other changes I've made had helped witha lot of my symptoms, I was still dealing with frequent hot flashes and irritability. Both of these have cleared remarkably with this product. I am just now adjusting to a maintenance dose of 3 daily capsules (2 in the morning, 1 late afternoon) and will continue tweaking. This is great product, reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend trying it.
Best menopause supplement ever!
I bought this at my local health food store about 3 weeks ago and what a difference! I had been taking Mendapause, but my main symptoms were brain fog, anxiety, and heart palpitations; I'm not part of the hot flash crowd. The Mendapause seemed to quell the palpitations for a while but it didn't last, and I was about to the point where I thought I wasn't going to find anything to help with my particular symptoms.
And then I found this. Lo and behold something that worked on everything! I haven't felt this much like myself in 5 years; it's truly amazing! The heart palpitations have all but disappeared, and on the rare occasion when I do get them they last for mere seconds. I do supplement the anxiety and brain fog with Gaia Adrenal health and Ginko Biloba respectively, and they may have something to do with my new-found old self, but the heart palps were the most unnerving of my symptoms and they had no effect on those.
I've started to work out again, the brain fog is gone, the ka-thunking heart beat is gone, I have more energy, more focus, a better attitude in general; I'm me again!!
The product needs 10 stars; it's amazing and worth every penny.
This supplement has changed my life
That is a dramatic headline because, quite literally, this supplement has changed my life. When I hit 40, everything changed...slowly. Periods got heavier, PMS symptoms got worse, there was a new phenomenon of intense sweating at night and randomly throughout the day. My breasts were so tender to the touch for 3 weeks out of the month that I was just plain miserable. At 42, I couldn't take the incredibly heavy periods anymore--they were so heavy I really couldn't leave the house. A visit to my doctor sent me on a goose chase of tests, including very invasive and painful ones, and weekly blood tests and meetings with a hematologist. After a year of one test after another and no real indication of what was "wrong," I decided to turn myself into a human guinea pig and started testing supplements to help with what was--to me--clearly perimenopause. DIM helped a bit in terms of reducing the periods, but not enough to feel confident I wasn't going to have accidents out in the world, even with a concurrent tampon and pad. After about 6 months of that trial, I switched to Vitex. Vitex worked better than DIM, and I was content that things were improving in the blood volume department, and my skin was improving, but I still was so hot. All. The. Time. So hot I actually bought an ice vest. Hot! And the PMS symptoms were mostly unchanged.
As we all know, retargeting ads work, and instagram clearly figured out I was having female issues based on my internet search history. It Works!
I have been taking MacaPause for a about 2 years now and love it. I started off with MacaLife because I wasn't fully in menopause because I started getting some symptoms. I recommend it to all my friends. It does take a couple of months to get into your system so give it time. I also only need to take 1/2 the amount each day.
Great product for women in 30, 40 and 50’s
When I feel my mood “off” I take these. Been taking various types since 37. There are many different types of Macca. The customer service is great that will explain which one you need.

Of the three natural products I have tried for my menopausal symptoms, this is The Best. Pretty much has cut the length & intensity of my hot flashes in half & I rarely have the notorious mood swings. Femmenessence Macapause is my life saver!

Great supplement that definitely helps with hormone balance! It's a must in my cabinet & I can definitely tell the difference when I forget to take it. My mind isn't as clear and I seem to get very little done during the day if I don't take my daily dose. My energy also takes a dive & I don't sleep as well. For those on the fence on whether to take this, it's worth every penny & the effort to take this!
From PMDD to mild PMS in 8 weeks
I went from PMDD to mild PMS in two months. I now feel somewhat normal! I stopped having mood swings throughout the month and have felt much more stable overall. Being in control of my emotions has improved my relationship and outlook on life. This is the only supplement I have tried that has truly helped. Excellent product
After the first dosage I noticed that my hot flashes minimized and I feel like myself minus my peri-menopausal symptoms. I highly recommend this product to everyone who suffer experience hot flashes, extreme fatigue and insomnia. I feel more balanced once again since taking this product. I still experience my symptoms but I have a new leash on life and I am much happier. A middle aged woman going thru a new phase in life.
Helps so much with hot flashes and mood
This product is the only non hormone one that actually works on my hot flashes and mood. I am 65 and have terrible hot flashes before trying this product. I was on hormone replacement which did work great but my MD took me off. I do wish was a little less expensive but it seems all are about same price. Don’t hesitate, it helps

No More Night Sweats
Best day when I was introduced to Femmessence MacaPause! I had hot flashes in the evening and was waking up 3-4 times a night with night sweats. Was a little discouraged when reading the instructions and how long it might take to work, but the second night of taking this product, I slept all night. I felt like a new person the next morning. I recently made a telephone inquiry thru Customer Service, and received an email response within 24 hours answering my question and giving me access to other helpful information. I highly recommend this product!
Hot flashes gone!
I've used everything out there and these are the only pills I found that actually work. I've been taking them for a couple years now I stopped to recently, thinking my hot flashes were gone and three weeks later they came back. So I ordered more, and the hot flashes and night sweats are gone again. They're a little spendy, but well worth it. They also help you keep a nice calm mood.
They don't work overnight, after a couple months of taking them you'll really notice the difference.
The only thing that has worked
I have chronic lyme disease. It has depleted all of my hormones, from thyroid to adrenal to progesterone. This is actually the only product that I have used that is strong enough to overcome all of the lyme stuff and boost my hormones and most importantly, my libido!

I work at a Vitamin shop which carries this product, and frankly it took a while before I decided to try it. Initially I spent months researching different herbs, etc to see what would help with all the issues I was experiencing from Menopause. I spent a fortune and diligently keeping up my regiment for months. Nothing changed. During which that time, customer and supplement reps would keep telling me I should give Femmenessence a try. But to be honest, every time I looked at the ingredient label I would say to myself... "so it's another maca, so what"... Well, finally I gave in, and OMG, I'm so glad I did. Never before have I been so impressed not only with a product which does what is says, but the level of expertise and professionalism of the company behind it. I initially purchased the wrong box, thinking I understood which level I needed, but when I called the customer service line to double check, I was wrong and they told me I needed the MacaPause, because I'd had a partial hysterectomy. I wanted to double check with the doctors, so I emailed the doctors on staff, and on a Friday afternoon, I received a response within 2 hours. I was shocked, in a good way. The change was very incremental at first, then when I hit the 3 week mark, all the symptoms of hot flashed, night sweats, constant urination, irritation, anxiety, mood swings, etc, all went away! I couldn't believe it. And right about that time the customer service rep emailed me to check in on how I was doing. Wow, talked about impressed. I've read some of the reviews on other websites who try to denounce this product to up-sell yet another product with an herbal combination, and it makes really mad. So don't pay attention to those reviews and try Femmenessence, look at their website, watch the video, talk to the doctors and customer service reps, especially if you need to ensure which product to purchase, that is very key.
